Lead growth and retention initiatives for Fetch's consumer app, driving user activation, engagement, and long-term retention through AI-powered experiences and experimentation. Own strategy for improving MAU, DAU/MAU ratio, and D30 retention.

Role Responsibilities
- Set the vision, strategy, and roadmap for growth and retention initiatives, defining clear priorities, success metrics, and OKRs that align with company goals.
- Leverage AI and machine learning to personalize user journeys, optimize engagement, and unlock new growth opportunities.
- Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Research, and business teams, creating alignment through clear communication of strategy, progress, and results.
- Serve as a go-to product leader for user growth metrics, insights, and opportunities, using qualitative and quantitative data, experimentation, and product intuition to identify and prioritize high-impact growth opportunities.
- Design and launch experiences that drive activation, engagement, habit formation, and retention, while influencing product innovation beyond your immediate area.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the Fetch app, user behavior, partner dynamics, competitive landscape, and growth trends.
- Take ownership of outcomes, proactively resolve issues, and operate with a high degree of accountability in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience, including significant experience leading consumer growth initiatives across acquisition, onboarding, activation, engagement, or retention.
- Experience working with AI-driven products, personalization, or data science teams is a strong plus.
- Proven track record of designing, launching, measuring, and scaling consumer product experiences that drive meaningful business outcomes.
- Deep experience with growth loops, habit formation, lifecycle frameworks, funnel optimization, experimentation, and retention models.
- Strong analytical fluency, with the ability to interpret user behavior, define metrics, evaluate tradeoffs, and make data-informed decisions.
- Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional initiatives and aligning diverse teams around a clear strategy.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, including experience working with senior leaders.
- Strong product judgment, with the ability to balance user needs, business goals, technical constraints, and speed of execution.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity, shaping direction, and creating structure where none exists.
- Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, raise the bar for product quality, and mentor or guide other product managers.
- A strong bias for action, ownership mindset, and willingness to dive into the details to deliver exceptional user experiences.
