About the role

What You Will Do

  • Own coordination across Giga
  • Run point on every interview, onsite, and pipeline touchpoint
  • Keep our ATS clean, structured, and moving with speed
  • Deliver a fantastic candidate experience through thoughtful and consistent communication
  • Set structure for new roles and help refine our hiring process
  • Track metrics, anticipate bottlenecks, and fix them before they slow us down
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and keep searches aligned
  • Support sourcing and research when needed
  • Raise the operational bar for the entire recruiting function

Must Haves

  • 2+ years of recruiting coordination experience
  • Deep experience with Ashby and can operate in it with confidence
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Experience working in fast paced or high growth startup environments
  • You have a strong academic foundation from a rigorous university

Bonus Points

  • Experience coordinating technical recruiting
  • Experience with other recruiting tools, like Juicebox and Lemlist
  • Interest in taking on full cycle recruiting over time
