About the role

Responsibilities

  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from the very first interaction.
  • Schedule onsite and virtual interviews by coordinating with candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams.
  • Build strong partnerships with recruiters and hiring teams through clear communication, timely follow-up, and attention to detail.
  • Identify areas of improvement in processes and suggest ways to streamline recruiting workflows.
  • Support the TA Ops team goals using metrics and KPIs.
  • Maintain process documentation and best practices.
  • Represent SmithRx’s employment brand professionally in every interaction.
  • Experiment with new tools, processes, and best practices to improve scheduling and candidate experience.
  • Assist the TA Ops team with long-term and ad-hoc strategic projects.
  • Ensure compliance and identify ways to make processes more efficient and compliant.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in HR or an administrative field, with a minimum of 1 year of prior experience as a Recruiting Coordinator.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Proficiency with ATS software (Greenhouse a plus).
  • Obsessed with creating great experiences for potential hires.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fully distributed environment (managing time zones, remote interviews and meetings, team coordination through Slack, Gmail, Zoom, etc.).
  • Exceptional intuition and natural problem-solving skills, with ability to manage multiple projects/priorities using tactical and strategic thinking.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base pay: $29.50 USD (hourly, location-zoned but uniform rate across Zone A/B/C).
  • May be eligible for bonuses, commissions, or equity.
  • Benefits include time off programs, medical, dental, vision, mental health support, paid parental leave, life and disability insurance, and 401(k).
