Responsibilities
Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from the very first interaction.
Schedule onsite and virtual interviews by coordinating with candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams.
Build strong partnerships with recruiters and hiring teams through clear communication, timely follow-up, and attention to detail.
Identify areas of improvement in processes and suggest ways to streamline recruiting workflows.
Support the TA Ops team goals using metrics and KPIs.
Maintain process documentation and best practices.
Represent SmithRx’s employment brand professionally in every interaction.
Experiment with new tools, processes, and best practices to improve scheduling and candidate experience.
Assist the TA Ops team with long-term and ad-hoc strategic projects.
Ensure compliance and identify ways to make processes more efficient and compliant.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in HR or an administrative field, with a minimum of 1 year of prior experience as a Recruiting Coordinator.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Proficiency with ATS software (Greenhouse a plus).
Obsessed with creating great experiences for potential hires.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a fully distributed environment (managing time zones, remote interviews and meetings, team coordination through Slack, Gmail, Zoom, etc.).
Exceptional intuition and natural problem-solving skills, with ability to manage multiple projects/priorities using tactical and strategic thinking.
Compensation & Benefits
Base pay: $29.50 USD (hourly, location-zoned but uniform rate across Zone A/B/C).
May be eligible for bonuses, commissions, or equity.
