Responsibilities
- Develop conceptual framework for matching clients to law firms and collaborate with data science team to implement.
- Interview partner law firms to prioritize features, partner with Design and Product on roadmap and wireframes.
- Scope and execute marketing projects like collecting client testimonials, including client profiling, pitching, and interviewing.
- Manage and coordinate clients and cases; conduct legal analysis; advocate for perspectives.
- Engage in user research, product development, venture finance.
Qualifications
Required:
- Excelled at top law firm or non-profit, seeking pivot from traditional practice.
- Resourceful team player for scrappy startup environment.
- Commitment to doing good and helping people.
- Degree from top law school with strong academic performance.
- Admitted to bar in any state.
Nice-to-Have:
- Several years pre-law school work experience in client service or business.
- Experience in startup or fast-paced environment.
Compensation
- Base salary $120,000 - $150,000 plus equity.
- Medical/dental (100% premiums covered), 15 vacation days + ~20 holidays, OneMedical membership.
- $600/year internet stipend, $1,000 education stipend, up to $1,200/year student loan repayment.
