Responsibilities
- Own high-priority, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, from scoping and analysis through execution and measurement.
- Partner with leaders across the organization to define and prioritize critical strategic questions.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and design process improvements that drive efficiency and margin.
- Develop and maintain operating metrics and reporting cadences, translating data into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Apply AI tools and agents to analysis, reporting, and workflow design.
Requirements
- 6+ years of total work experience, including 2+ years in investment banking or consulting and 2+ years in a high-growth startup.
- Experience in Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, or Strategic Finance preferred.
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Ability to distill complex, ambiguous issues into structured frameworks and clear recommendations.
- Comfort operating with a high degree of autonomy and shifting priorities.
- Ability to build relationships and drive alignment across functions and seniority levels.
- Familiarity with AI tools and agents to accelerate workflows.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in fintech, payments, or embedded or vertical SaaS.
- SQL proficiency or equivalent analytical depth.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary range: $151,300–$195,800.
- Remote, hybrid, and in-office work options are available.
