Technical Program Manager, Security
Leads the security technical program across detection and response, corporate security, and product security, coordinating priorities, roadmaps, tooling, and execution with security and product engineering teams. Requires TPM or PM experience embedded in an in-house security engineering organization and strong technical communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the security program’s strategy, priorities, and progress to the broader business.
- Shape the adoption of security tools from vendor procurement through implementation.
- Manage priorities, maintain the backlog, and drive execution across detection and response, corporate security, and product security.
- Serve as the technical liaison between security engineers and approximately 70 product engineers, translating security requirements and risk into actionable terms.
- Partner with security engineering leadership on roadmaps, program rituals, and cross-team dependencies.
- Build trust and clear communication channels with engineering stakeholders across the company.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a Technical Program Manager or Product Manager embedded with a security team that builds tooling and systems in-house.
- Strong grounding in computer engineering fundamentals and comfort with technical detail across detection and response, corporate security, and product security.
- Track record of defining and communicating technical programs to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong prioritization and backlog management skills.
- Ability to act as a trusted technical liaison between specialized teams and a distributed engineering organization.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $180,000–$230,000, depending on level, experience, and interview performance.
