Healthcare-focused Data and Business Analyst responsible for building Metabase dashboards, analyzing clinical/financial healthcare data, and supporting sales and client implementations of the Prompt BI platform.

Responsibilities
Internal
- Serve as the primary architect and SME for Metabase (primary BI tool), developing and maintaining complex dashboards to track KPIs
- Analyze and interpret specialized healthcare data with a heavy focus on clinical and financial healthcare reporting (claims data, denial rates, therapist utilization, clinical outcomes)
- Perform rigorous data validation to ensure data integrity and accuracy across all internal and external reporting
- Partner directly with multiple departments to create recurring dashboards that track company-wide progress toward strategic initiatives and financial KPIs
- Centralize data from multiple sources (CRM, HelpDesk, Task Management, Pendo) to build comprehensive performance dashboards for Customer Success and other service leadership teams
External
- Act as the technical Data SME during sales cycles for the Prompt BI platform, conducting high-level technical demos, identifying expansion opportunities, and partnering with Account Executives and CSMs to win deals
- Support enterprise, mid-market, and small-market clients by providing expert-level guidance, training, and tailored reporting solutions on the Prompt BI platform
- Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with client leadership, translating their clinical and financial business needs into technical data solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
- 3–5+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or Solutions Analyst within the healthcare software or services industry
- Deep fluency in the healthcare industry, specifically around Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), outpatient rehabilitation, and healthcare regulations and standards (e.g., HIPAA)
- Expert-level proficiency in data visualization and business intelligence tools
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for complex data querying, reporting, and data manipulation
- Strong familiarity with Excel and supporting BI/data tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business narratives for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven experience in a customer-facing, solutions-oriented, or pre-sales environment
- Ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored, data-driven solutions
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment while managing multiple priorities simultaneously
