Senior Fullstack Engineer, Vendor Risk Management

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, ambiguous projects end-to-end, partnering with multiple stakeholders and engineers to accelerate the roadmap and deliver meaningful impact.
• Identify problems, shape solutions, and drive execution with a high degree of ownership.
• Collaborate with teammates across the UK, US, Canada, and Israel using async-first practices.
• Contribute to cross-cutting engineering initiatives and shared product primitives used across teams.
• Balance business priorities, user experience, and long-term technical sustainability.
• Raise the bar for code quality, system design, and operational excellence.
• Help shape engineering culture as part of a distributed team.
• Mentor engineering teammates.

Requirements

• 7+ years of full-stack experience, with strong backend expertise.
• Experience leading large, cross-functional projects from scoping through delivery.
• High agency and self-direction, including the ability to work independently while staying connected to a distributed team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience building user-facing SaaS products for startups and enterprise customers.
• Experience building 0-to-1 products and scaling and evolving systems in fast-paced environments.
• Openness to using AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact.

Nice to Have

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Experience with GraphQL.
