Requirements
- Strong coding skills with demonstrated proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, C++, Python, Rust, or similar.
- Strong engineering prowess, ideally developed at start-ups.
- Familiarity with storage and data processing systems, cloud infrastructure, and other technical tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to iterate quickly with teammates, incorporate feedback, and hold a high bar for quality.
- Excitement about building an AI product for an industry untouched by modern software.
- Willingness to work ~60 hrs/week in person with ambitious people in NYC.
- Commitment to attempting to build a generational company with the required intensity.

Compensation and Benefits
Compensation
- Estimated salary range: $285,000 - $325,000/year.
- May include Incentive Stock Options, sign-on bonus, and other potential future incentives.
