Product Operations Manager, Talent Experience

Responsibilities

• Own the expert feedback loop by collecting signal from satisfaction surveys, support conversations, and agent transcripts; categorize, prioritize, route, and close the loop with experts.
• Turn recurring support signals into product requirements and roadmap items.
• Own the data layer for expert experience, including data quality, reporting, and explaining what changed and why.
• Select, integrate, administer, measure, and improve the team’s support platform, AI agents, internal admin surfaces, and reporting tools.
• Enable experiments across the expert lifecycle, including onboarding, communications, and assessment drop-off.
• Drive Talent Success operations by setting operating cadence, maintaining quality standards, and managing support queue throughput across distributed teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Product Operations, Technical Program Management, Support or Customer Experience, Implementation Consulting, or a similar operational role.
• Experience working with or coordinating distributed teams is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with coding agents.
• Comfortable using SQL without agent assistance.
• Strong ownership from problem definition through execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management and cross-functional communication skills.
• Systems-thinking orientation and a preference for repeatable solutions.
• Comfortable setting standards, giving direct feedback, and working through people without direct reporting relationships.

Compensation & Benefits

• $140,000–$210,000 annual salary.
