Procurement Enablement Lead

Responsibilities

• Partner across Procurement, Finance, Legal, Security, Privacy, and Enterprise Technology to improve procurement workflows across the spend lifecycle.
• Design and improve procurement intake, guidance, and workflow experiences.
• Translate procurement policies, operational needs, stakeholder feedback, and insights into business requirements for workflows, automation, reporting, and process improvements.
• Partner with Enterprise Technology to support workflow configuration in procurement systems, including approvals, routing, SLAs, escalation, and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to use AI, automation, analytics, and decision support tools to reduce manual work and improve service delivery.
• Analyze operational data, workflow metrics, and feedback to identify friction points, trends, measure adoption, and prioritize improvements.
• Build and maintain operational reporting, KPI frameworks, and workflow performance insights.
• Support rollout and adoption of new processes and tools, including testing, documentation, communications, training, and change management.
• Improve consistency, controls, and data quality across procurement workflows for scalability, reporting, and audit readiness.

Requirements

• 8+ years in Procurement Technology, Procurement Operations, Finance Operations, or related operational/systems-focused roles.
• Hands-on experience with procurement and finance platforms such as Zip, Oracle Fusion, VNDLY, Navan, Brex, or similar.
• Deep knowledge of Source-to-Contract, Procure-to-Pay, Travel & Expense, and Contingent Workforce processes.
• Experience designing, improving, and scaling operational workflows, automation, and service delivery in complex enterprises.
• Strong analytical skills with operational metrics, workflow data, reporting tools, and large datasets.
• Experience using data for trends, adoption measurement, prioritization, and stakeholder communication.
• Understanding of procurement controls, governance, approval frameworks, SOX-aware design, and risk management.
• Experience applying AI tools (including GPT-based), automation, analytics to workflows.
• Translating business requirements into scalable workflows/systems with Enterprise Technology/engineering.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Process documentation, SOPs, workflow maps, and knowledge assets.
• Leading rollout, change management, training, and communications.
