Responsibilities
- Design and build AI-driven products that help marketers acquire subscribers and grow revenue.
- Contribute code, conduct code reviews, and provide long-term technical leadership for scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Develop high-quality consumer experiences meeting performance, scalability, reliability, and usability standards.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Design to deliver user-focused solutions while minimizing technical debt.
- Implement unit, integration, and automated testing to prevent regressions.
- Apply advanced software engineering and computer science principles to complex systems.
- Architect and integrate distributed, large-scale systems using secure and reliable engineering practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or U.S. equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 years of professional software engineering experience designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining scalable applications.
- 3 years of experience developing backend services and high-scale, data-driven applications with Java, Python, and Go.
- 3 years of experience building modern, responsive, scalable web interfaces with React and TypeScript.
- 3 years of experience with ESBuild and Playwright for optimized interfaces and automated UI testing.
- 3 years of experience working in Agile environments with engineering, product, and design teams.
- 1 year of experience implementing operational excellence frameworks in cloud environments, including monitoring, incident management, automation, and cost optimization.
- 1 year of experience designing and working with scalable microservices and modular frontend systems.
- 1 year of experience deploying and managing cloud applications on modern platforms, including AWS and managed Kubernetes services.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary range: $131,997–$230,000 per year, plus equity and benefits.
