Senior Analyst, IT Procurement

Responsibilities

• Negotiating contracts with SaaS, hardware, and services vendors.
• Driving contract renewals and ensuring timely execution with favorable terms.
• Overseeing onboarding of new vendors and suppliers, including compliance and documentation.
• Partnering with Legal, Finance, and InfoSec to ensure contracts meet company standards.
• Collecting, maintaining, and organizing procurement documentation.
• Supporting IT procurement activities, including technology asset procurement when needed.
• Identifying opportunities to improve procurement policies, processes, and vendor engagement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in contracts management, procurement, or vendor negotiations (IT or SaaS focus preferred).
• Strong knowledge of contract structures, terms, and compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to negotiate with suppliers and secure value-driven outcomes.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective vendor and stakeholder relationships.
• Comfort working independently in a contractor capacity while aligning to team objectives.
