About the role
Responsibilities
Own reverse logistics processes across customer returns, 30-day trial returns, and wholesale returns, ensuring consistent and scalable workflows
Collaborate with third party logistics providers responsible for returns processing to ensure efficient handling and disposition of returned products
Partner with internal teams including Membership Services, Manufacturing, Hardware, and Product to resolve operational issues impacting the returns experience
Identify opportunities to improve reverse logistics processes, reduce operational costs, and increase recovery of usable inventory
Analyze returns and reverse logistics data to identify operational issues and improvement opportunities
Support financial reconciliation and reporting of reverse logistics costs with the goal of improving gross margins while maintaining a strong member experience
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain or a related field
3-4 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or Business Operations
Experience with reverse logistics in a consumer good environment a must
Strong communication and presentation skills
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced startup-like environment
Strong experience and commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks, ensuring AI-assisted work aligns with the same high-quality standards as personal contributions
