Requirements
12+ years experience in consulting position, or strategy operations role and working across multiple geographies.
Ability to prioritize quickly and go deep on execution of new initiatives.
Analysis and formulation of plans to address key business priorities or issues.
Leadership and ability to influence other stakeholders.
Ability to take initiative and deal with uncertainties.
Strong appetite for working with the Airbnb community.
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task with excellent organization skills.
Deep understanding of supply/demand dynamics, incentive design, and growth levers.
