Member of Technical Staff
Build and ship backend and infrastructure capabilities across AI inference, model serving, and LLM fine-tuning for EMEA-specific needs. The role requires strong software engineering, Python and systems-language skills, production ownership, and first-principles problem solving.

Responsibilities
- Design and ship product capabilities end to end, from ambiguous needs through production deployment.
- Build capabilities on inference and serving infrastructure, including routing, model controls, and observability.
- Develop tooling for LLM fine-tuning and post-training, including data pipelines and evaluation.
- Translate EMEA-specific requirements into product capabilities and coordinate with the core platform team.
- Set a high engineering standard for the regional team and serve as a code-quality reference.
- Use coding agents and AI-assisted development tools with sound judgment.
- Optionally participate in customer deployments and conversations.
Requirements
- Strong first-principles thinking and critical reasoning for unfamiliar problems.
- Excellent software engineering skills, with depth in backend systems and infrastructure.
- Track record of owning and shipping production systems.
- Strong Python skills and proficiency in at least one systems programming language.
- Fluency with AI-assisted and agentic software engineering.
- Genuine interest in inference and AI infrastructure.
