Build full-stack AI agent fleets, APIs, workflows, and internal services that automate complex business processes. The role requires at least five years of engineering experience, hands-on LLM framework experience, production AWS expertise, Kubernetes, and strong API and database skills.

Responsibilities
- Lead development of agent fleets that model complex business processes in LangChain.
- Develop APIs and workflows integrating AI and LLM frameworks with business systems.
- Design, optimize, and query data models across relational and NoSQL databases.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver an agentic platform from concept through production.
- Participate in technical design reviews, planning sessions, and code reviews.
- Contribute to infrastructure and observability practices, with ownership of production reliability and operations.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of engineering experience, preferably including Python.
- At least 1 year of experience with LangSmith or a comparable LLM/AI framework.
- Strong API design and production integration experience.
- Production cloud experience with AWS services such as Lambda, ECS, and S3.
- Experience with Helm charts and Kubernetes.
- Proficiency with SQL, including PostgreSQL or similar databases.
- Exposure to NoSQL databases.
- Strong system design, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Node.js frameworks such as NestJS or Express.
- Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code experience.
- Experience with observability platforms such as Datadog, including metrics, tracing, and alerting.
- Experience with DynamoDB or other NoSQL databases at scale.
- Distributed or event-driven architecture experience, including SNS or SQS.
- Interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, or compliance.
