Responsibilities
- Develop technical plans and contribute to technical architecture as products scale.
- Write Ruby code integrating AWS, infrastructure, platform, and SaaS technologies for backend infrastructure.
- Ship changes to production rapidly through automated deployment processes.

- Mentor engineers and interview candidates.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, researchers, and data analysts on multidisciplinary product teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of industry experience in software engineering, preferably building a SaaS product.
- Demonstrated significant impact on a product or team.
- Deep knowledge of a high-level programming language such as Ruby, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience collaborating directly with product teams and designers.
- Proven track record of delivering value to customers or users.
- Experience with distributed systems.
