Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new business opportunities, including market analysis, identifying target demographics, and understanding industry trends.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and training to sales representatives to improve performance in acquiring new business; set sales targets, monitor progress, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales efforts with company goals and provide field feedback to inform product and marketing strategies.
  • Forecast sales targets, track progress, prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue projections.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions; use insights to adapt sales strategies and identify new opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales with a track record of success in acquiring new business.
