Responsibilities
- Own assigned searches end-to-end from intake through offer stage
- Lead intake meetings and partner with Hiring Managers on role scope, candidate profile, process design, and search strategy
- Review inbound applicants and manage pipeline flow in Workable with strong data accuracy
- Conduct recruiter screens to assess fit, confirm logistics (compensation, work authorization, timeline, competing offers), and pitch Rokt and the role effectively
- Leverage AI to accelerate sourcing, personalize outreach at scale, surface high-quality passive candidates, and improve processes
- Coordinate interview processes and drive momentum across stakeholders
- Support leveling discussions using the Career Ladder and interview evidence
- Prepare candidate summaries and process documentation; manage candidate communication
- Share market insights and identify opportunities to improve workflows, templates, and reporting
Requirements
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally with exposure across GTM / commercial roles (BD, Sales, Client Success, Account Management, Marketing, Partnerships, or similar) and/or technical roles (Software Engineering, or similar)
- Demonstrated ability to own a high-volume, high-complexity recruiting lane independently, without heavy day-to-day oversight
- AI-fluent: You've leveraged AI tools in previous recruiting roles to streamline workflows, accelerate sourcing, and improve hiring outcomes, and you're always experimenting with what's next
- Strong stakeholder management skills: able to push back, advise, and influence hiring managers with data and market insight, not just execute requests
- Experience using an ATS as the system of record for all recruiting activity
- Track record of rigorous candidate assessment: structured screens, clear evaluation criteria, and high-bar hiring decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication: able to write compelling outreach, clear pipeline summaries, and constructive debrief feedback
Compensation
Target total compensation ranges from $157,000 - 170,000 including a fixed annual salary of $140,000 - 153,000, an employee equity plan grant, and world-class benefits.
