Responsibilities

  • Defining “excellent” Executive IT Support and growing the program as the company scales to meet executives' needs.
  • Acting as frontline Executive IT Support for senior leaders and their business partners, articulating issues, solutions, and timelines clearly.
  • Coordinating with IT and Security teams to ensure success and agility.
  • Representing IT Excellence by identifying emerging needs and proactively solving problems.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience providing Executive IT Support with deep familiarity in C-suite technical requirements at large, fast-paced, public companies.
  • Strong technical experience in macOS and Windows, identity and device management (Azure AD, Jamf, Intune), and enterprise collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Office 365, Slack, Atlassian products).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, setting clear expectations, and tracking requests end-to-end.
  • Security- and compliance-first mindset.
  • Discretion in handling sensitive information.
