Responsibilities
- Edit and QA AI-generated content on a project basis using specific brand kits as source of truth for voice, tone, and style.
- Own brand compliance across all content in project scope: edit AI-generated articles, pages, and assets against each customer's brand kit for voice, tone, terminology, and style.
- Ensure SEO quality on every deliverable: meet on-page SEO standards including keyword usage, structure, and readability.
- Hit SLA attainment per project: meet turnaround commitments without sacrificing quality.
- Apply QA process consistency: use editing rubrics and checklists reliably for predictable, high-quality output.
Requirements
- Proven editing experience on SEO content, with a portfolio that shows both quality and volume.
- Demonstrated ability to edit against brand guidelines and style guides.
- Experience working across multiple brands or clients simultaneously.
- Comfort working with AI-generated content: improve it efficiently without rewriting from scratch.
- Ability to work independently on a contract basis with minimal ramp time per project.
Nice-to-Haves
- Familiarity with content operations tooling or AI writing platforms.
- Experience in a B2B SaaS or tech content environment.
