Responsibilities
Core Feature Development
- Design, develop, and maintain critical backend components within the Blocks scope.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and reusable to support diverse use cases.
Performance and Scalability
- Design systems that prioritize performance, reliability, and low maintenance overhead.
- Ensure reusability across the platform to serve internal and external stakeholders.
Collaboration and Engineering Excellence
- Work closely with engineering teams, product managers, and customer-facing teams.
- Apply best practices in coding, system architecture, and performance optimization.
- Deliver production-ready, reliable, and scalable systems.
Requirements
- Solid background in backend software engineering and delivering production-ready systems.
- Experience designing object-oriented software using languages such as C#, Java, C++, Golang, Rust, Python, or Ruby.
- Strong problem-solving attitude and collaborative mindset.
- Fluent English.
- Willingness to learn and grow.
