About the role

Responsibilities

  • Engineer the "Aha!" moment by obsessing over time-to-value, designing paths for users to sync records or interact with doctors.
  • Master mindshare and presence through notification strategies, mobile app adoption, and habit-forming triggers to drive daily returns.
  • Own the acquisition funnel including signed-out experience, landing pages, and onboarding to convert curiosity to high-intent usage.
  • Own core chat experience, working with AI teams to improve quality and personalization of AI and doctor conversations.
  • Partner with D2C growth marketing in a high-velocity pod.

Requirements

  • 4+ years building consumer products.
  • Experience with 0→1→10 product work.
  • Lead discovery and experimentation to prioritize features.
  • Deep customer intuition, design empathy, data-informed impact measurement.
  • Own work in fast-paced environment, manage priorities, adapt to change.
  • Roll up sleeves to ensure product success.
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, clinicians, GTM.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
