Staff Program Manager, Event Design
Leads experiential program management and creative production for internal and external events, partnering with design, corporate events, leadership, and agencies. Responsibilities
- Lead experiential program management across roadmap development, budget oversight, project scoping, timelines, resourcing, partner relationships, cross-functional communication, and scalable operating approaches.
- Manage a high volume of simultaneous projects ranging from small to large scale.
- Partner with the Experiential Creative Director to scale and evolve event design and streamline processes.
- Partner with Corporate Events to integrate event brand design across all surfaces.
- Coordinate leadership, creatives, cross-functional partners, and vendors.
- Own project management through documentation, tooling, trackers, standing meetings, organization-wide updates, and Slack.
- Source, onboard, and oversee external creative agencies.
- Connect silos, communicate changes, anticipate risks, and provide actionable escalation solutions.
- Resolve challenges and blockers proactively while maintaining forward momentum.
- Advocate for design quality with cross-functional teams and vendors to exceed engagement and registration goals.
- Collaborate with creatives on best practices and processes to sustain a culture of excellence.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in similar roles and industries.
- User-centered approach focused on understanding needs and optimizing engagement.
- Strong strategic acumen for complex program roadmaps and cross-functional processes in fast-paced environments.
- Strong design sense, industry knowledge, and best-practice knowledge.
- Deep experience producing complex brand and event design systems and bringing design assets through creative production.
- Proven ability to produce creative systems optimized for scale and growth.
- Highly detail-oriented with the ability to simplify complexity.
- Strong track record influencing outcomes internally and with agency partners.
- Ability to balance speed and quality while delivering high-craft creative work.
- Persuasive communication of work, processes, and decisions.
- Excellent organization, presentation, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
