Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a cohesive Search Personalization strategy and roadmap in partnership with Product, Engineering, Design, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
- Incorporate innovative Search Personalization features into models that leverage user intent to help users find inspiration, browse products, and find items to buy.
- Investigate and hypothesize opportunities to improve search-result relevance.
- Partner with engineering, data science, design, research, marketing, legal, strategy, and product management teams to define, measure, and drive execution.
Requirements
- Strong product sense and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders, secure buy-in, and set a long-term vision.
- Demonstrated success in product management or related experience, particularly building AI/ML-based products at fast-growing companies.
- Proven ability to lead in ambiguous environments and align across functions, teams, and organizations to deliver on time.
- Strong analytical skills for defining product strategy and driving decisions using data analysis and qualitative user feedback.
- Technical strength and the ability to partner closely with engineering teams working with technologies including machine learning.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as computer science, or equivalent experience.

Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $139,764–$287,749 USD.
- Eligible for equity.
