Responsibilities
- Build and evolve product features, focusing on third-party integrations (CRMs, Zapier, Slack) and integrated applications (desktop/Electron app, Chrome extension).
- Contribute to highly-scalable services (stateless and stateful) running in multiple regions, supporting spiky workloads, deployed via multi-stage rollouts.
- Improve customer experiences by scaling services and collaborating with backend, infrastructure, application engineers, and customer support.
Requirements
Hard Skills
- Familiarity with Ruby/Rails/Sidekiq, Typescript/TSX, MySQL, Redis, Pusher, Electron, GCP/GKE (or equivalents).
- Experience in SaaS or PaaS environment at scale (100s of millions of async jobs per week).
