About the role

Responsibilities

  • Play a central role in running Commercial Launch programs, evolving the launch motion into a scalable, well-instrumented program that keeps pace with the product roadmap.
  • Run launches end-to-end: lead intake and scoping, translate launches into commercial-readiness requirements covering pricing, billing, tax, marketplace, compliance, and selling motions, and collaborate with product teams on launch paths.
  • Identify launch bottlenecks and drive resolution by implementing process and system changes, clarifying ownership, and coordinating completion across Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and GTM.
  • Build launch program components including tiering, readiness criteria, playbooks, templates, SLAs, and training.
  • Lead program-improvement workstreams such as pipeline visibility, readiness scorecards, throughput and cycle-time metrics, workflow tooling, automation, intake, tracking, approvals, and status reporting.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Finance, and GTM to design clear interfaces and processes across teams.

Requirements

  • Experience building and running new product introduction processes.
  • 10+ years of experience in operations, with demonstrated success in billing, payments, or commercial operations; high-volume SaaS experience is a plus.
  • Strong working knowledge of billing systems, subscription management, and payments platforms.
  • Proven success building and scaling operational programs in high-growth environments, from 0-to-1 through scale.
  • Willingness to perform hands-on operational work while leading a team.
  • Experience with automation initiatives and partnering with engineering teams to build operational tooling.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including the ability to demonstrate ROI on operational programs.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to influence stakeholders across GTM, Finance, Product, and Engineering.
  • Adaptability and comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with multiple priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
