Responsibilities

  • Shape PagerDuty’s category story and industry analyst strategy to drive category growth.
  • Build strategic relationships with industry analysts and expand the analyst relations program.
  • Coordinate analyst calls and maintain the analyst relations program calendar.
  • Increase analyst awareness of PagerDuty’s offerings, business strategy, and products.
  • Prepare spokespeople for analyst engagements by creating briefing materials, compiling presentation content, and staffing calls.
  • Maintain the analyst relations interactions database and measure program impact on marketing and sales goals.
  • Lead and prioritize inbound requests, including research participation and customer references.
  • Conduct foundational research on analyst coverage areas and competitor investments to identify program-growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise technology communications, marketing, or product marketing.
  • Experience with analyst relations, product marketing, market research, and strategy.
  • Demonstrated content creation, story shaping, strategic planning, and program management skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Interest in improving research and survey delivery with AI and automation tools.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience working with Gartner, Forrester Research, and IDC.

Compensation and benefits

  • Base salary range: $153,000.00–$231,000.00 CAD.
  • Potential eligibility for bonus, commission, equity, and benefits.
