Responsibilities
Drive the technology exploratory stages of the sales process with prospects and act as a technical leader for the sales organization.
Showcase the flexibility of Cordial's platform to prospects' unique needs.
Provide day-to-day product/technical support and enablement to the sales team as a product expert.
Provide feedback to senior management and product team on feature requirements, value proposition, and competitive data; stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and technologies.
Help onboard new sales and pre-sales resources.
Work with Sales Leadership, Product, and Engineering to capture best practices and systematize pre-sales experience.
Contribute to Loopio RFP Response Platform.
Offer critical review on deals.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree with 8+ years experience as Sr Sales/Solution Engineer, Solutions Architect, or related in SaaS.
Proficient in RESTful APIs, JavaScript, JSON, HTML, CSS; PHP (Smarty) a plus.
Skilled in presenting persuasive platform demonstrations and creating slide/video presentations.
Articulate in explaining technology to business and technical audiences.
Organized note-taker with strong knowledge transfer skills.
Self-starter, independent, detail-oriented, team player with strong interpersonal skills.
Compensation & Benefits
$170,000-$195,000 annually (may adjust based on experience/location).
Leads technical strategy for complex enterprise AI deals, architects end-to-end solutions, advises executives on AI/LLM adoption, and influences product roadmap. Requires deep customer-facing engineering experience, systems architecture across cloud/data/AI, and programming skills like Python/Java.
