Senior Product Designer
The Senior Product Designer will lead end-to-end design for AI-powered enterprise revenue workflows spanning pricing, contracting, billing, and compliance. The role requires 4+ years of product design experience, strong technical product fluency, and the ability to balance usability, trust, transparency, and reliability.

Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end user journeys for AI-powered workflows and continuously iterate on the user experience.
- Balance customer impact, system reliability, and engineering complexity in product decisions.
- Partner with Customer Success to gather qualitative and quantitative feedback on AI-driven features.
- Support onboarding or troubleshooting to understand user behavior, edge cases, and trust concerns around automation.
- Develop and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for intelligent systems automating pricing, contracting, billing, and compliance workflows.
- Design AI-driven automation experiences that balance speed with trust, transparency, and control.
- Partner with engineering to test, validate, and ship AI-enabled products in production.
- Ensure correctness, transparency, and reliability of shipped experiences.
Requirements
- 4+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, developer platforms, or enterprise software.
- Strong understanding of the full product lifecycle, including discovery, prototyping, production deployment, iteration, and monitoring.
- Experience with products involving complex backend or data dependencies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with engineering, customer-facing teams, and leadership.
- Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to uncover underlying problems and opportunities.
- Familiarity with APIs, data models, or technical product surfaces.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, sales operations, billing systems, or cloud marketplaces.
- Experience with AI-powered products, automation, APIs, or data-intensive systems.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base pay range: $130,000–$180,000 CAD.
