Responsibilities
- Leverage AI agents to generate, compare, and redline NDAs tailored to client guidelines.
- Work with clients to advise on NDA playbooks and provide guidance on market standards, ensuring AI agents understand each client’s specific context.
- Integrate AI agents into workflow management, execution, negotiation, and coordination with counterparties for NDAs.
- Partner with clients to demonstrate how AI-assisted workflows improve accuracy, transparency, and velocity.
- Collaborate with technology teams to improve the NDA review process using AI.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD).
- Active bar admission in New York.
- 3-6 years of experience reviewing NDAs or similar agreements.
- Strong drafting and communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Interest in applying technology to enhance traditional deal workflows.
- AI fluency: actively use AI in day-to-day work with concrete examples of tools, workflows, and outcomes.

- Experience with AI platforms for legal work.
Compensation
- Base salary: $170,000 - $200,000 per year.
