Drive discovery and delivery by leading discovery for projects to reduce risks around value and usability, then work with release teams to ensure solutions hit the market with measurable impact
Shape product strategy by evaluating opportunities based on customer value, business viability, and long-term platform strategy while defining team roadmaps
Design AI-powered workflows using AI tools and product thinking to automate manual work and reduce operational friction
Connect across business functions including customer success, sales, partnerships, legal, finance, and support to ensure solutions work for the broader ecosystem
Requirements
2–4+ years of experience as a Product Manager building and shipping customer-facing software products
Meaningful experience playing, coaching, or working in sports with deep understanding of operational realities of clubs, schools, leagues, or athletic organizations
Experience using AI tools and building AI-powered workflows into products to improve customer outcomes and reduce operational burden
Natural leader who can influence and inspire teammates without formal authority
User-focused "learn-it-all" mindset with deep understanding of customer engagement
