Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact and dedicated Solutions Engineering resource for the Partner and Channel team.
- Scope technical solutions, assess partner and customer needs, and recommend effective approaches.
- Co-sell with partners and internal sales teams to accelerate deal progression and increase deal size.
- Design and deliver technical enablement sessions for partnership teams and key partner contacts.
- Gather partner and customer feedback to inform go-to-market strategy and product direction.
- Align solutions with partner priorities, buying criteria, timelines, roadmaps, and business milestones.
- Collaborate with Product and Support teams, proactively flagging technical risks and blockers.
- Prepare tailored responses to partner RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs.
- Travel regularly for partner events, enablement sessions, and field engagement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in customer-facing and partner-facing roles within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience delivering presentations, product demonstrations, and technical discovery conversations, including to C-suite stakeholders.
- Experience explaining go-to-market strategy, product portfolios, sales plays, and co-sell programs.
- Experience enabling partner sales and technical teams on product positioning, demos, and competitive differentiation.
- Familiarity with VAR, MSP, distributor, and ISV channel models, including margin, deal registration, and incentive programs.
- Experience creating technical collateral such as solution briefs, integration guides, and demo scripts.
- Strong autonomy and ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with SCIM, Active Directory, CLI, SSO, MSP, and SaaS.
- Experience in security, identity, credential management, privileged access, or secrets management.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, DORA, NIST, and EU AI Regulation.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly.
Nice to Have
- Experience with HashiCorp Vault, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea, or similar PAM and secrets platforms.
- Experience integrating 1Password or a secrets manager with developer workflows, CI/CD tools, or automation platforms such as GitHub Actions, Zapier, n8n, or Make.
- Personal experience with 1Password or another password manager.
- French or German language skills.
Compensation and Benefits
- UK annual base salary: £62,000–£87,000 GBP.
- Commission eligible.
