Responsibilities
- Own a TwoTwenty product end to end, from strategy through post-launch iteration, including AI experiences, generative creation tools, live shopping, or AI planning surfaces.
- Define what ships in V1, establish quality standards, and make product decisions that turn demos into products.
- Align launches with partner teams across Pinterest, including AIFwd, Search, Shop with Pinterest, and ATG.
- Translate company-level theses into concrete product strategies and decisions the team can build against.
- Run experiments that answer meaningful product questions and determine whether results support launch decisions.
- Use AI for prototyping, design comparison, exploration, and user research synthesis while validating accuracy and quality.
- Mentor at least one product manager or designer on narrowing problems before writing product documentation.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of product management experience.
- Experience shipping a consumer product with an AI or ML component to at least one million users.
- Experience owning a zero-to-one product from a blank page through real user traffic.
- Demonstrated ability to make difficult prioritization decisions and maintain a high quality bar.
- Experience earning the trust of senior engineering leaders on architectural decisions.
- Ability to distinguish strategy from a plan and clearly articulate product strategy.
- Experience using AI for product exploration, competitive analysis, or user research synthesis, with a clear approach to validating accuracy and quality.
- Strong end-to-end ownership and decision-making skills.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, design, human-computer interaction, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Compensation
- Base salary: $139,764–$287,749 USD.
- Eligible for equity.
- Final salary depends on factors including location, travel, relevant experience, and skills or expertise.
- This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.
