The Deal Desk Manager will lead complex enterprise deal structuring, pricing, approvals, and cross-functional negotiations while automating workflows with AI and agentic systems. The role requires 6–8+ years of deal desk, FP&A, revenue operations, or related experience and strong SaaS financial and contracting knowledge.

Responsibilities
- Lead the structuring and execution of non-standard, high-value enterprise deals, balancing competitive differentiation with long-term business health.
- Partner with Sales leadership to improve deal velocity, lifetime value, discovery quality, pricing, deal terms, and margin optimization using AI-driven data and recommended next actions.
- Manage and tune automated enterprise deal approval agents and models for compliance and accuracy at scale.
- Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Product to build, streamline, and automate deal desk processes and approval workflows.
- Integrate LLMs and generative AI tools into deal desk workflows to reduce deal cycle times.
- Identify process bottlenecks and implement AI-powered productivity solutions.
Requirements
- 6–8+ years of experience in Deal Desk, FP&A, Revenue Operations, or a similar field, supporting large-scale enterprise sales motions; 3+ years of deal desk experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, pricing models, ARR, gross margin, churn, and profitability.
- Experience with revenue recognition principles, including ASC 606, is highly desirable.
- Experience drafting and interpreting commercial contracts, especially terms affecting revenue recognition and financial risk.
- Ability to analyze complex pricing and licensing situations and recommend appropriate courses of action.
- Proficiency with agentic workflows and prompt engineering to extract insights from large datasets and automate operational tasks and documentation.
- Ability to understand and audit automated pricing models.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex cross-functional negotiations and make high-judgment decisions in fast-paced environments.
- Strong process design and automation skills, including translating business policies into streamlined automated logic.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to explain complex deal structures and financial data to technical and executive stakeholders.

- Deep knowledge of cloud/SaaS infrastructure and the global cybersecurity competitive landscape.
