Senior Product Designer
Senior Product Designer responsible for owning end-to-end design initiatives for an enterprise or vertical SaaS product, from user research and flows through polished engineering handoff. The role requires 5+ years of product design experience, strong Figma proficiency, and effective cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end design process, from user-flow diagrams through polished designs ready for engineering handoff.
- Participate in discovery calls and user visits, synthesizing research into insights that support design decisions.
- Partner with product managers to deliver solutions that create value for users and the business.
- Collaborate with engineers, QA, and stakeholders to understand requirements and constraints, and iterate quickly.
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Contribute to a collaborative and supportive design-team culture.
- Mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience, with a track record of delivering products from concept to launch.
- Experience working on enterprise or vertical SaaS products.
- Expert proficiency in Figma.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and methodologies.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing, and making data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with AI tools such as Figma Make and Claude Code for synthesis, ideation, and prototyping.
- Ability to travel up to six times per year for team meetings and customer visits.
Nice-to-haves
- Familiarity with commercial trades such as HVAC, plumbing, or electrical, and/or construction.
- Understanding of HTML and CSS principles.
- Familiarity with Dovetail and Jira.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: 124,000.00 CAD–155,000.00 CAD per year.
