Legal fellows apply expertise in legal research, regulatory analysis, case law, litigation, compliance, and contracts to evaluate and improve generative AI systems. The role is a flexible, fully remote six-month independent contractor opportunity, with a JD, LLM, or current law-school enrollment preferred.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate on high-impact projects with AI labs and platforms.
- Design complex real-world legal scenarios.
- Evaluate model outputs for accuracy and regulatory alignment.
- Provide targeted feedback to improve AI performance in compliance, litigation, case law, and contract analysis.
- Collaborate with research teams to co-author technical reports and research papers.
- Participate in review projects, advisory roles, and research related to legal AI.
Requirements
- JD, LLM, or current enrollment in a prestigious 2L/3L law program.
- Bar admission in any jurisdiction strongly preferred.
- Professional experience as an attorney, associate, legal analyst, counsel, law clerk, in-house counsel, legal researcher, or law professor.
- Demonstrated expertise in legal research, regulatory frameworks, constitutional law, case law interpretation, and drafting legal briefs.
- Detail-oriented, innovative, collaborative mindset.
- Authorization to work in the country of residence.
