Responsibilities
Execute multi-channel campaigns (email, push, IAM, content cards) in Braze, using both drag-and-drop tools and Braze Liquid
Set up A/B tests, analyze performance, and recommend optimizations to impact retention and engagement
Collaborate with creative teams to ensure campaigns are accurate, on-brand, and visually engaging
Develop automated lifecycle campaigns, triggered messaging, and personalized customer journeys through segmentation
Requirements
2+ years of lifecycle marketing experience, ideally at a consumer app
Hands on Braze Experience - Canvas builder, segmentation, and event-based triggers
Data-driven mindset with interest in performance analysis and optimization
Creative, resourceful problem-solver with an entrepreneurial approach
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage deadlines and cross-team workflows
GTM Associate supporting Flagright's product positioning, messaging, segmentation, sales enablement, competitive intelligence, and enterprise deal strategy in financial crime compliance. Requires 3+ years GTM experience or top STEM bachelor's, strong communication, and ability to translate technical products into commercial narratives.
