Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design for a product area, from discovery through launch.
- Define problems, explore solutions, make trade-offs, and ensure the quality of shipped work.
- Work closely with engineers to understand AI capabilities, technical constraints, and feasible design solutions.
- Make design decisions using customer interviews, internal feedback, and market signals, even with incomplete information.
- Choose appropriate methods, such as prototypes or workshops, to move the team toward decisions.
- Present work and design rationale to product, engineering, and leadership.
- Contribute to and evolve the design system by establishing scalable components and states.
Requirements
- Experience designing AI-powered products, including intelligent, real-time systems that feel useful and trustworthy.
- Use of LLMs and AI tools such as Cursor or Claude Code to explore problems, identify edge cases, and create prototypes.
- Five or more years of product design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating shipped complex B2B or enterprise products.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to connect user needs to business goals and influence roadmaps.
- Technical fluency with APIs, data flows, and system constraints.
- Comfort with ambiguity, iterative delivery, prioritization, and team alignment.
- Experience building or evolving a scalable design system.
- Fluency in Hungarian and English.

- Experience in startups or high-growth environments.
- Background in fintech, wealthtech, or productivity tools.
- HTML, CSS, or coding experience.
