About the role
Responsibilities
Partner with departmental leaders to understand business needs and develop plans that build organizational capabilities and support growth.
Own and elevate review cycles end to end, including leading annual and bi-annual processes, guiding calibration and compensation decisions, and coaching managers on accountability and talent development.
Guide managers and employees through day-to-day questions and concerns with fairness and sound judgment to foster a positive work environment.
Assess team structures, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes.
Support organizational change efforts and build change-readiness across teams.
Build strong relationships with managers to provide day-to-day partnership and guidance aligned with business goals.
Review and analyze People metrics and analytics (including employee experience and lifecycle data) to identify trends and inform decisions.
Work with leaders to roll out employee engagement initiatives.
Develop and implement people programs that foster employee growth and development.
Contribute as an active member of the People Experience team to strengthen HR capabilities.
Requirements
5+ years of progressive HR/People experience, ideally as an HRBP or People Partner supporting multiple teams or functions.
Depth across organizational design, change management, performance management, DEIB, culture championing, coaching and development, and people programs such as rewards and recognition.
Strong foundation in People data and analytics, using metrics to diagnose issues and drive decisions.
Ability to understand performance objectives that drive business outcomes and leverage data and analytics for informed business decisions.
Experience partnering with leaders, demonstrating influence and accountability in support of the people agenda.
Ability to establish trust, fairness, and credibility in a global environment.
Collaborative problem-solving skills and ability to work seamlessly with partners across the People Team (Recruiting, People Operations, Total Rewards).
