Key Responsibilities
Define the sales productivity strategy by identifying productivity drivers, high-impact opportunities, key outcomes, targets, and a sequenced improvement roadmap in partnership with Sales Leadership and Enablement.
Translate the productivity roadmap into prioritized initiatives with clear owners, success metrics, and resource requirements.
Determine where the organization should invest and what it should deprioritize to achieve its goals.
Own the cross-functional operating model across Sales Leadership, Enablement, Sales Strategy, Analytics, Product, and Engineering.
Establish planning, measurement, and decision-making cadences to identify performance gaps, turn insights into action, and hold teams accountable for results.
Build and lead the Sales Strategy function, including developing the existing team, defining future capabilities and organizational structure, and hiring as the business scales.
Set a high bar for strategic thinking, analytical rigor, execution, and people development.
Requirements
6+ years of experience, including a mix of strategy work such as management consulting, finance, or business operations and direct startup experience.
Experience leading high-performing teams and strong people-management skills.
Willingness to contribute directly to analysis and execution when needed.
First-principles problem-solving skills, including the ability to break ambiguous problems into underlying drivers and design practical paths forward.
Strong analytical skills and comfort using imperfect data to identify performance gaps, make tradeoffs, and measure strategy effectiveness.
Ability to set direction, manage multiple workstreams, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-moving environment.
Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills, including creating clarity, establishing accountability, and driving decisions across teams without direct authority.

Experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, GTM Strategy, or a similar function.
