Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end planning and execution of Square's Tier 1 trade show activations, including booth design and production, on-site logistics, and staffing.
Develop and execute the annual trade show strategy, including event selection, budget management, ROI tracking, and recommendations for future investments.
Create and negotiate strategic experiential sponsorships with industry partners.
Identify and evaluate new event opportunities in key verticals.
Partner with sales teams on lead capture and follow-up processes.
Collaborate with creative, product, sales, and partnerships teams on event experiences, messaging, and product demonstrations.
Manage agencies, warehousing partners, booth fabricators, AV providers, and event contractors.
Maintain processes for inventory management, shipping logistics, booth asset maintenance, specifications, and vendor documentation.
Travel to key trade shows and industry events, up to 25% of the time.
Requirements
8+ years of experience in trade show management, event marketing, or experiential marketing.
Experience managing large-scale trade show programs, including booth design, production, and logistics.
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple large-scale events concurrently.
Demonstrated success generating and tracking qualified leads from trade show activities.
Experience managing budgets of $500,000–$1 million per event.
Strong vendor management and negotiation skills, with relationships among event contractors.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including articulating event ROI to leadership.
Own and scale field marketing programs including conferences, executive events, and partner co-marketing to drive pipeline and demand. Requires 6-10 years B2B SaaS field marketing experience with proven pipeline impact.
