Manage the tech stack, with Gong experience a huge plus
Develop and collaborate on training content for Addepar GTM employees
Deliver instructor-led courses and webinars (virtual and in-person) for clients, prospects, partners, employees
Scale customer education programs to enhance product adoption
Work with Sales, Marketing, and Services teams to drive course attendance and engagement
Integrate feedback to improve course content and experience
Manage logistics for training experiences
Partner with Sales and Account Management to build onboarding and education programs
Design high-value training content for Sales
Review recorded calls from closed opportunities and implement training to increase win rates
Facilitate cross-team collaboration for central sales content management
Ensure GTM content accuracy from Sales perspective
Requirements
3+ years in software education services, support, professional services, sales, marketing, or relationship management at financial services or SaaS company
Experience with Gong, Workramp, or equivalent tech stack
Outstanding presentation skills
Strong knowledge of Wealth Management industry
Ability to tailor product value proposition messaging to varied audiences
