Event Producer - Recruiting, R&D
Plans and executes recruiting, conference, and internal events while supporting talent operations for the R&D recruiting team. The role requires 2–4 years of event or program planning experience, strong organization, creativity, and operational execution.

Responsibilities
- Design and run recruiting events, including candidate dinners, conferences, and pop-up activations.
- Source creative venues and coordinate event experiences.
- Partner with leadership and Employee Experience to create thoughtful events and programs.
- Represent Cognition and help recruit top talent at events.
- Track budgets, event spend, ROI, and feedback.
- Coordinate vendors and logistics across multiple events and initiatives.
- Continuously improve event and program operations as the company grows.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience planning events, programs, or community initiatives.
- Creative and operationally strong, with the ability to develop ideas and execute them effectively.
- Enjoys bringing people together and creating meaningful shared experiences.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and shifting priorities.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
