Responsibilities
- Design and build technical interview questions, including coding exercises, debugging challenges, knowledge assessments, and real-world engineering scenarios.
- Write and test interview content across multiple programming languages, verifying solution correctness and consistency.
- Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate content creation while applying engineering judgment for accuracy.
- Conduct peer reviews to ensure content meets technical and quality standards.
- Update content using candidate performance data, interviewer feedback, and content-correction requests.
- Partner with Content Architecture to improve content-development processes and assessment quality.
- Improve development standards, templates, and documentation for the Content team.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional software engineering experience after academic and internship experience.
- Experience with at least one modern programming language.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals, including debugging, testing, code review, and constructive technical feedback.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or Gemini Code Assist.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience working remotely on global, distributed teams.
- Availability for a schedule overlapping with U.S. business hours.
