Key Responsibilities
Executive & Customer Programs
- Executive Briefing Program: Build out and manage day-to-day operations, creating best-in-class experiences for strategic customer and prospect engagements
- Executive Sponsorship Program: Develop and manage a structured program aligning senior leaders with key accounts to deepen relationships and accelerate revenue
- Investor Program: Build and manage a program cultivating relationships between Kong's investor community, supporting pipeline and growth objectives
Revenue Events Support
- Annual Sales Kickoff (SKO): Own overall design elements (venue, production, web design), build and maintain registration website, manage registration flow and attendee support, support vendor coordination pre-event and onsite
- Silverback Circle (Annual Incentive Trip): Own overall design elements, build and maintain registration website, manage registration flow and attendee support
- Support additional revenue events as needed
CRO Org Operations & Planning
- Support planning and coordination of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for the CRO organization
- Manage operating rhythm, scheduling, calendar coordination, and administrative support for the CRO organization
Recognition & Employee Programs
- Manage facilitation and fulfillment of employee gift programs, including recognition moments, milestones, and company-wide gifting initiatives
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in program management and executive engagement, ideally within fast-paced B2B SaaS or supporting Revenue/Sales organizations
- Proven track record of building and scaling programs from the ground up with strong attention to process, documentation, and continuous improvement
- Experience managing budgets and navigating procurement and contracting processes
- Track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects on time and under pressure
- Comfortable communicating and collaborating with C-suite executives and senior sales leaders
- Ability to pivot quickly in high-growth environments while maintaining a "no-task-is-too-small" attitude
- Experience using Cvent and Salesforce
- Willingness to travel ~20% to support key events and executive engagements
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Business Administration or related field required
