What You’ll Work On

  • Create and execute strategic outbound campaigns via cold calling, email, and social media to connect with key decision-makers.
  • Drive top-of-funnel growth by initiating sales conversations and developing a strong top of funnel pipeline for Account Executives.
  • Use Salesforce, Salesloft, and other sales tools to build prospect lists, craft messaging, execute outreach, and track your results.
  • Conduct value-driven conversations with prospects, focusing on their needs and how Justworks can solve their unique problems.
  • Master Justworks and the PEO industry, becoming an expert on market trends and competition.

  • Communicate clearly and concisely, especially when it comes to complicated topics. You can break it down into simple terms people can understand.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM is a plus.

Compensation

This position is paid a base wage plus incentive compensation. The base wage range for this position is targeted at $29.81 - $29.81 in our New York City office, and competitive On-Target Earnings, inclusive of incentive compensation, of $90,804.80 - $90,804.80. Final offers may vary from those listed. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed, and earning is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive compensation plan.
