Responsibilities
Own the planning and execution of conferences, trade shows, customer events, webinars, and hosted experiences from planning through post-event follow-up.
Build repeatable processes that make our event program more effective and scalable.
Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, Design, and Operations to create thoughtful event experiences that strengthen our brand and support pipeline generation.
Manage vendors, venues, budgets, timelines, logistics, and on-site execution across multiple events.
Measure event performance and use those insights to improve future programs.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or a related marketing role.
Strong project management skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-moving environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A bias toward ownership and a willingness to solve problems and improve how work gets done.
Willingness to travel throughout the year to support events.
