About the role

Responsibilities

  • Shape and execute strategy for day-to-day campaigns across email and push notifications.
  • Build segments using behavioral data and user attributes to keep messaging relevant.
  • Support and ideate automated flows like onboarding, retention, and re-engagement campaigns.
  • Run A/B tests on messaging, timing, and creative to improve open, conversion, and retention rates.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Data, and Creative to keep messaging consistent and on-brand.
  • Develop transactional sends across key user touchpoints.
  • Help plan and launch live campaigns tied to real-time game action.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (Braze, Customer.io, etc.).
  • You know ball — you live and breathe sports, as well as understand how everyday fans think.
